I love being able to turn on the faucet and have hot water.
Most people take this for granted. They have always had hot water. What's the big deal?
My grandparents did not have hot running water until the 1960's. That meant putting big heavy pots of water on the stove, getting the water boiling and mixing it with the cold water that was hand pumped. Heavy, hard work. No wonder daily baths were a luxury.
I am so fortunate. If I pay my utilities, I have hot water at any time of the day or night. Life is so good.
